Refund & Exchange Policy

We do issue refunds on websites and printed marketing materials under certain circumstances.

A full refund is the original purchase price minus a 3% processing fee.

Refunds for Websites

If you paid for the initial setup of your website, and later change your mind, then you might qualify for a refund. Refunds are only issued within 30 days of the original purchase or until the contract has been signed. As soon as you sign the contract for the website, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Printed Marketing Materials

If you paid for any printed marketing materials (business cards, rack cards, or brochures), then you might be eligible for a refund. Refunds for printed marketing materials are only available within 30 days of the original purchase, and only before you have approved them for printing.

Refunds for Logos

We do not issue refunds for logos.

How We Issue Refunds & How Long It Takes

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or used for the exchange of an equivalent item.

Refunds are generally issued within 48 hours of the initial request and may take up to 5 business days to process.
