The content can be used as-is, or expanded and modified to better suit your needs. We provide professional content writing so you can tailor the website to fit your brand.

Will my website be optimized for search engines?

Many website and online marketing companies offer false promises in regard to search engine optimization results. We offer honest guidance and research on your behalf, and can modify or add additional content (as a separate service) to help you increase your visibility in search engines.

There is also the possibility of running into problems with duplicate content filters, though this is not a common issue and should have a negligible impact on your business.

Can I change the logo, background, and colors?

Absolutely! One of the benefits of working with us at Visual Grace, is that we handle these changes for you, at no additional charge. A skilled designer will make sure the logo, colors, and images do not compromise your professional appearance.

What kind of support does Visual Grace provide?

We provide any kind of support you may need. We’ll do everything in our power to resolve technical issues with your website and are more than happy to answer any questions you have.

For how long will Visual Grace provide support?

We’ll happily provide personal support for as long as you are with us. There are no limits, cutoff dates, or any other restrictions.

Do you offer hosting plans?

Yes, in fact all our websites are hosted on our fast and secure servers. Hosting your website also allows us to provide better and faster support and lower costs. General Hosting is included in our pricing.

Who owns my domain name?

If you register your domain name through Visual Grace, then you are the owner of your domain name. We take care of the registration process and point the domain to our servers, however the domain name will be registered in your name.

Billing and payments

How will I be billed?

We offer both monthly and annual billing cycles for hosting and maintenance, which are billed automatically for your convenience. Please allow 30 days’ notice for cancellations. Other costs, such as for large amounts of custom content, will be invoiced separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more.

Marketing Materials

Can I change the logo, background colors, Etc?

Of course! If you have a logo, we will incorporate it into your marketing materials and adjust the colors in the design to fit your branding.

Why are the colors on the final product different from what I saw on my computer screen?

To put it simply, colors in print and colors on digital screens function quite differently. As a result, the colors of the physical product may turn out a little lighter or darker than you expected. In some cases, the color itself may change (e.g. blue becomes purple). We'll make changes based on our experience to minimize these problems.

What paper stock do you use?

The business cards are made of a heavy 16pt paper stock and are glossy on the front while silk on the back. We can create your cards in a matte finish on request. Rack cards are made of 14pt paper stock with a glossy front and matte back. Brochures are printed on 100lb paper (5pt) with a glossy cover.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is included in the pricing for the marketing materials. Express shipping is available on request but does carry an additional charge, which varies.

How long will it take to get my marketing materials?

The amount of time that it takes for us to create the initial design for your marketing materials varies. If you have everything ready, such as your logo and license number, then we can usually get a proof to you in a few days.

Shipping typically takes between 7 and 10 days. Faster shipping may be available on request, for an additional cost.
